Meditation, practice of presence

Mindful presence and meditative attention support, among other things, the regulation of the nervous system, the broadening of responses to situations, and ultimately a fuller experience of life. We can gently incorporate presence exercises into our conversations, such as focusing on bodily sensations or breathing, always tailored to your needs.
