Stress management

Stress is part of life, but if not managed properly, it can exhaust the nervous system and narrow your perspective. Through an empathetic, person-centered process, we can work together to understand what the main sources of stress are for you and build coping tools that can be used in everyday life: for example, rhythm, rest, connection, boundaries, working with body sensations, or mindful presence. We will determine the direction together, but the goal may be, for example, to have more freedom to choose and regain inner stability. Let's start with an initial conversation.
